About this apartment rental

Waterfront Relaxation! With your own private covered deck to enjoy, while watching boats, seals, sea lions & the occasional Orca Killer Whale. Watch the water, and all the activity on it, while dining inside, or lounging on the couch. Completely renovated . Everything you need for comfort and convenience, and an enjoyable vacation. Fast Wi-Fi and free parking for 1 vehicle. Fireplace and large TV. Within walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Don't be surprised if you see an Otter, or Black Bear crossing the yard! Climb down to the beach via our stairway, stopping along the way, on one of the multiple decks with some refreshments, if you like. Or, just sit on those decks and listen to the multiple birds, all singing their hearts out. Close to all hiking trails, boat launch tours for fishing or whale watching. Blackout curtains and shutters provide for a late morning wake up if needed.

This suite was perfect for me while working in Sooke. The location was very convenient. It had all the amenities I needed. Nice deck space to enjoy the ocean view. A box of tissues was the only thing I could have used. Jennifer was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Waking up to mountains, the ocean and fishing boats is an experience we should all get to enjoy. There is also a resident sea lion who announced himself on a regular basis. One day there were a orcas cruising around. Probably looking for a tasty sea lion snack! I would go back. Nothing more needs to be said.

Tranquil Sanctuary

Tranquil Sanctuary

Just what we needed to get away from the snow and cold for nearly a week. Perfect for the two of us, had everything we needed. If anything was missing (oven mitts) a quick text to the owner fixed it. Our own deck which we would have used more in warmer temperatures. A lovely new staircase down to the shoreline. Sunrises out the kitchen window/deck and sunset colours in the evenings. Easy walking and driving distance to restaurants and other amenities (drugstores, grocery stores, etc.). Tons of local hiking trails a short drive/walk away as well. Some traffic noise during the day but never an issue while we were trying to sleep. Highly recommend and we will be back!
