In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, bus stop 20 m. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 4 km, sports centre 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 50 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, cross country ski track 50 m, children's playground 1 km. Nearby attractions: Naturpark Diemtigtal, Schloss Spiez, Interlaken, Thun. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grimmialp, Wiriehorn. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee.
