The house was great, loved the environmentally friendly features. Lots more room than I had imagined when booking it. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Really quiet spot. We saw bats, lots of swifts and geese which was lovely. Location was brilliant to have some peace but not be too far to get to the North coast and see lots of lovely beaches.

I loved the location as it was very peaceful and private being surrounded by trees. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and even offered to give us a lift when we had car trouble. The lodge is very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed, there are even games and books in case the weather prevents you from going out. I would recommend the lodge for a family or group of friends especially if you plan to cycle on the Tarka trail.

Spotless, very comfortable, spacious, great location, in beautiful countryside, a lovely garden with table and chairs outside. Very helpful hosts. Two bathrooms and toilets (one en suite). Parking.
It was a little bit hot upstairs in a heatwave (30 degrees plus)
