About this house rental
This beautiful canal front home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! This home offers 3 spacious bed rooms with one being an oversized master suite with sitting area and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a king size bed and 55" wall mounted TV. This home comes with 2 and 1/2 baths, one private master bath and one bathroom having two separate sink areas for each of the other two bedrooms and a shared shower. The house also has an indoor laundry area and 1/2 bath. The living room, kitchen and dining area are an open floor plan with plenty of seating at the dining table, the kitchen island, living room or open the wall of sliders to access the newly renovated lanai and screened pool/hot tub for more space. Spend your time relaxing by the pool/hot tub or underneath the shadows of the waving palms along the canal on the new turf lawn. Located on a quiet dead end street with easy access to beaches, shopping and fine dining...all within 1 mile. Your are also less than 2 miles from historic downtown Bonita Springs, where you can find artisan shops, an amazing variety of restaurants, along with wine and coffee bars. This rental comes with two bikes that can be used on the miles and miles of bike paths that surround the area, with bike path access right at the end of the street. Also included: beach chairs/towels

What a great place to stay. Close to golf, shopping, downtown bar and restaurants. Gorgeous home and layout. Great outdoor space. Would diffidently stay here again. Communication with host was outstanding.

We had a tremendous stay at this beach house in Bonita Springs. Everything was better than expected. The house is very well appointed, clean and has top of the line appliances, pots, pans, sheets, towels etc. Shawn and Gregg were very helpful with suggestions in the area and were great to work with during our month long stay. the outdoor space is fantastic and inside the screened in pool area is where we spent most of our time. My wife and I can not say enough good things about this home and the owners and we strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for a 5 star experience.

The house is everything you see online and more. Very clean and inviting. Outdoor porch and big screen TV was a wonderful place to relax and watch sports/Olympics. Owners were amazing and wonderful to work with. Would love to stay here again!!!!!

If you need to be anywhere in Naples or Bonita area, this is the place. The house is immaculate - nothing overlooked - kitchen fully stocked. ( professional juicer? ✅
