The perfect vacation home just minutes away from the beach! This home has been completely renovated offer great comfort and style in an ideal location. Enjoy the great lake view from the pool. The large U-Shape pool comes with an inside the pool round table with a beautiful umbrella, perfect for having a drink inside the pool on the afternoon. The views from the pool to the lake are second to none especially on sunsets. Sunsets are just amazing.
This home located on a very private street, is near everything. Publix, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations etc. are less than a 3 min away. Centrally located, less than 15 minutes away from Mercato in Naples and less than 5 min away from the beach and from Coconut Point Mall. This neighborhood is one of the best in the areas, great for early morning walks to welcome another beautiful day in paradise. When you get to the property, a large driveway with a center island welcomes you to the home. Everything inside and outside has been completely luxurious renovated. Inside the house, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged in a split floor plan. When you get in, the main Livingroom welcomes you. 3 large hurricane impact rated sliding doors allow you to enjoy beautiful views from the Livingroom to the large pool and the lake, great for having a coffee, a wine or washing a movie. Some features on this room are high end furniture’s set and a large 65in 4K TV. At the center of the home is the kitchen with all brand-new stainless Kitchen Aid appliances. The lanai has another outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying those balmy breezes over coffee or dinner! Master bedroom is also facing the pool and the lake, and is equipped with king side luxurious bed, and top of the line mattress and linens for a great sleep. Coming from I75 will take less than 10 min once you get into Bonita Beach Rd. Take the exit 116 into Bonita Beach Rd. One of the best vrbos we've stayed in in this area. The house is immaculate and spacious. Very bright and open. Love the lay out and pool area. Comfortable, cozy, quiet and perfect backyard for enjoying the sun and privacy. Great location. Check in was effortless. We will stay here again.

At first glance, the house already looks amazing. Once you go inside, you never want to leave! My family of four and I stayed here for the weekend, and it was just impeccable. The pool was clean and had a heater. The house, in general, smelled, looked, and felt clean too! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the pool, and the house was just an amazing stay. Bonus points because it is close to the beach, and there's also a nearby mall. Definitely worth the stay!
