About this apartment rental
A larger than usual highly finished apartment with all the things you have at home while you are on holiday! Only 2 minutes walk away from the most beautiful sandy beach Għadira Bay. A 30minutes bus ride away from the Capital city of Malta, Valletta. Close to all amenities. The best place to stay to enjoy the privacy of a self catering holiday! Free
toileries. A wonderful welcome pack will await you. Well lit and ventilated rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, with a convection hob and electric oven. We also give free Coffee pods which you can use in the Coffee machine provide. A beautiful dining room with a breath taking view. A large water dispenser with a 20 lt water bottle is also provided for free. A large chill out terrace, together with some wine! Three double bed rooms. Clean bed linens.
A modern shower and bathroom too. Free toileries are provided. The apartment is easily accessable on the first floor level with a lift.

Very nice, clean and complete apartment with a cheerful and proper equipment. Close to the beach and some nice shops and restaurants! Perfect base for diving, trips to Gozo and Comino, Mediterraneo, Valletta or a trip to Sicily! Busstop is very close. We loved it!
The owner is very friendly and flexible. The communication was good and quick.

This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that is ideal for a family of 5. The kitchen-dining room area is really nice and comprises all that is required. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. Claudine, the owner, is always very helpful. One minor concern is the lack of parking places in front of the apartment building.

Diese Wohnung besticht zuerst durch ihre Größe; wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und hatten sehr viel Platz. Es gibt einen langen Flur, von dem ein Wohnzimmer-Essbereich mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne abzweigen. Alles ist in sauberem, scheinbar frisch renoviertem Zustand. Die liebevolle Ausstattung mit hübscher Dekoration, schönen Möbeln und allen Kleinigkeiten, die man täglich benötigt (z.B. Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher, Müllbeutel u.s.w.) erleichtert den Urlaub ungemein. Wir fanden leckere Willkommensgaben im Kühlschrank , sodass wir gleich etwas zu essen hatten. Die Gastgeberin Claudine ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet alle Fragen zügig und zufriedenstellend. Sie zeigte uns zu Beginn alle Zimmer und erklärte uns die Bedienung der 3 Klimaanlagen in den 3 Schlafzimmern, die Waschmaschine und des Gasherdes incl. Ofen, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Außer dem Einzelschlafzimmer haben alle Zimmer Fenster oder Türen. Der eine Balkon geht nach vorne zur etwas lauteren Straße hinaus. Wir sind recht ruhebedürftig, dennoch hat uns die Straße nicht nennenswert gestört, v. A. weil man das Flanieren der Urlauber nett beobachten kann und man einen, wie wir fanden, atemberaubenden Blick auf die Felder, die große Kirche und die Stadt hat. Auf dem hinteren Balkon kann man Wäsche waschen und aufhängen, ohne Ausblick.
Das Wohnhaus macht einen äußerst gepflegten Eindruck, der Eingangsbereich wird geputzt.
Von der Wohnung läuft man zum Sandstrand ca. 10 Min. an einigen Geschäften und einem Obsthändler vorbei. am preiswertesten und super ausgestattet ist der Luna Markt (am Luna-Hotel vorbei, links durch die Passage hindurch, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg). Überall gibt es eine Riesenauswahl auch an glutenfreien Lebensmitteln.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen.
