Penthouse newly built, elegant modern seafront 2 bedroom apartment on 4th floor with outstanding sea views of Mellieha Bay just 50 metres from the sea. The apartment has lots of natural light and is fully air conditioned.
Property is served with lift. Close to restaurants & bus stop.Mellieha city centre is approx 5 mins drive or 15/20 mins walk.
A bus stop is just opposite the road which can take you to the city centre of Mellieha within minutes.
Parking is not a problem for 9 months of the year although the peak 3 months of July,August & September might require more time & park in a nearby street since Mellieha Bay is full of tourist & locals.

Fantastic stay at Karl's apartment. Location excellent with lovely outlook towards the beach.Apartment was great and had everything we needed.Karl kindly let us check in a couple of hours early and contacted us several times to make sure everything was ok.Would definitely stay there again.

Superb apartment in a great location. Karl was an excellent host, arranged to pick us up at the airport and show us the apartment and provided us with local information. Mellieha Bay is really lovely and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby for Lunch and Dinner. The apartment has good cooking facilities, but hey - we were on holiday. Overlooks a beautiful little harbour where there is always something to watch. Bus stop is very close by.

Karl home is very comfortable and curated in all the details. The position in front of the sea is great! We didn't realise from the photos that there is a very busy road next to the house, which runs alongside the beach. This does not detract from the beauty of the sea in the bay opposite. We really enjoyed his kind hospitality and good taste in the home.
