This downtown condo by Hosteeva is right on the beach so that you can wake up to the sound of waves you can hear and see right from your private balcony.
As the guest of this wonderful resort, you'll enjoy the property amenities which include a tranquil oceanfront pool, 150 ft. long Lazy River, outdoor whirlpool spa, kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with hot tub! And when you're ready to spend some time in the ocean, beach access couldn't be easier. Enjoy your beach days collecting seashells or splashing in the waves.
You will also be close to main attractions, including a 60-mile stretch of beaches, celebrity-designed golf courses and so much more. Take a walk along the beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, or stop by the amazing old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.

• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Overall it's a good place... On the 8th floor so you get a good view. Was a little bothered there wasn't a blender in the Condo and the shower in the master has an extremely low ceiling (I am 6'3).

The condo was very nice. It was clean and well taken care of. The complex, however, could’ve use some work or help. There was often too many people in the kiddie, pool or hot tubs. They were children in the pools without supervision and the area around the pools was not the cleanest.

Property was as listed. Location is great, close to all attractions. One issue with the towels, but they fixed it right away. Would definitely stay again.

Prior to booking this unit, I emailed the owner to inquire about parking. I was told there was a parking garage across the street. WRONG!! No parking garage, only parking lots. Had I known that, I would not have booked the unit. Many condos have parking garages – so that was a huge negative to me.
There was no access to a gym at the condo. I emailed about that and was told there was no gym.
The condo has been decorated very nice. I enjoyed the fireplace, granite countertops, and updated washer/dryer. Also, beautiful views and nice layout to the room. However, the cleanliness of the unit would be a “C-“. There were hairs in the bathroom floors, dust in corners, socks would be black if you didn’t have shoes on.
My biggest issue with the unit was the Atlantica Resort. The place is filthy. The individual condo cleanliness would be graded as a “C-“; the overall resort would be an “F”. One of the worse I’ve seen at the beach.
The owners emailed instructions with access code prior to arriving. Very good communication with the owners.
