Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
• Upgraded internet | Perfect for work from the beach!
200mbs/20mbs - Per unit
• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
• Please, note: there is one sofa bed and one queen-size murphy bed in the living room
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Property wasn’t the cleanliness. Enjoyed the location the most! The pools were convenient and fun. Can opener and dishwasher didn’t work, can opener was delivered within 24 hours, dishwasher wasn’t fixed. Property was for up to 8 people but only 6 bracelets for
the pool were there.
Also the African American lady at the front desk was unapproachable and her customer service was poor. Check in (yes I know it’s at 4) I went up to see if the apartment was ready and house keeping was leaving, and because the blinds were all open I KNEW the unit was clean (around 130p) they still wouldn’t allow us in the apartment. We returned around 4 and the code still wasn’t correct to allow us in!!!!!
Honestly I think the company who runs the property itself was the issue not the apartment itself.
