La comodidad de la cama, la televisión, la limpieza del baño.

Lo que más me gusto, es que el lugar era muy acogedor y tranquilo. Pude dormir plácidamente todos los días, cero ruidos exteriores. Tenía todas las comodidades para cocinar, negocios cerca y abiertos hasta tarde. Finalmente, muy buena comunicación con el dueño del departamento.
Me gustó todo.

Hot water was not on in the shower but it was summer so it was ok… The stoves were a little slow and the pan was terrible !

L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé, avec une télé et Netflix. L’appartement en lui-même est très bien. Le propriétaire a été très sympa. Situé à côté du métro, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer, et d’un supermarché et de diverses boutiques.
L’immeuble est TRÈS bruyant. Il y a de la musique à fond jusqu’à 2h du matin chez les voisins tous les soirs, des enfants qui courent et qui hurlent jusqu’à minuit dans les couloirs tous les soirs, des chiens qui aboient, la voisine qui s’engueule avec son mari… L’insonorisation est très mauvaise, donc on entend tout.
