Mala comunicación para la entrega de llaves, señalan una hora y no contestan los mensajes. Perdí una hora de uso debido a lo anteriormente mencionado. Demasiado frío , faltó algo para calefaccionar el dormitorio.

La ubicación por la vista de la ciudad.
No tenía aire acondicionado, había muchas cucarachas y cuando reclamamos una prenda de vestir que nos habíamos olvidado en la habitación, nos dijeron que el personal de limpieza no había encontrado nada.
