Dei Fiori Camping Village

I love it here. 2-nd time for us here and we will probably come back again. Shade everywhere, great pools, beach bar close, good prices, great shop directly inside the camp, lots of things to do. Simple awesome.

I am very angry about the reservations department. Ladies there are very rude. I wanted to add one more person to the reservation and they made it impossible (we were 4 adults plus 2 0 yrs old infants in a 3 bedroom bungalow for 6 people). I wanted to add one more adult, since the children sleep with their parents and don’t need a bed, nor the third empty bedroom). I was willing to pay for it of course but they were not willing to find any solution. They simply count even a 0 years old child as a person so they cannot change it. 2000€ reservation just for accommodation and this kind of treatment - being so rude and not trying to help is unacceptable. Other staff around pools, cleaning, in shops, etc… is perfect. Maybe a little bit of improvement at the front desk would be great but that’s okay. There were ants in the bungalow no. 50. They had a highway there, we tried to spray it and they made a different route to go under the roof. I don’t consider this is a problem though. It is nature, so I am not complaining just count with it. It could happen in these older (sole II bungalows).

Die Unterkunft war super, es war alles dort, was man braucht. Ich war jedoch verwundert, dass die Unterkunft nur mit einer Rolle Klopapier ausgestattet war, mehrere Müllsäcke wären auch von Vorteil gewesen.

Es hat beim ersten reingehen ein wenig komisch gerochen. Wir haben dann gelüftet, dann hat es gspasst.

Der Platz ist klein und unglaublich schön gestaltet, insbesondere die Bepflanzung ist sehr ansprechend. Es gibt schöne Spielplätze und die Poollandschaft ist so angelegt, dass alle (0-100 Jahren) auf ihre Kosten kommen. Sie Animation ist dezent, wenn auch abends etwas laut. Für sportbegeisterte ist viel dabei, mein Sohn besuchte einen Schwimmkurs und konnte danach tatsächlich schwimmen! Durch die überschaubare Größe und die schöne Gestaltung hat dieser Campingplatz eine gewisse Eleganz, die ich so auf anderen Plätzen, nie erlebt habe. Basar und Restaurant sowie Supermarkt sind etwas teuer, aber das ist normal. Viele Supermärkte befinden in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Platz außerhalb.

Das Chalet Sole würde nie wieder buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem schlecht... Abgewohnt, muffig. Die Kinder (eines davon erst ein Jahr alt) konnte dort nicht geduscht werden, weil die Temperatur des Wassers willkürlich von kochend heiß zu eiskalt wechselte, das war gefährlich. Ein Kinderstuhl oder ähnliches wurde uns nie angeboten - auf anderen Plätzen stand dieser selbstverständlich bei Ankunft auf der Terrasse. WLAN nicht vorhanden. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn man etwas arbeiten möchte und vor allem nicht zeitgemäß. Durch die Klimaanlage brummte und wackelte das gesamte Mobilheim - mehrfach bin ich dadurch nachts aufgewacht. Wir waren gestresst dadurch und überhaupt nicht erholt. Das uns sehr geärgert. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, weil der Platz wunderschön ist, aber nicht, wenn 200 pro Nacht für eine Unterkunft zahle, die eklig ist und in der nichts funktioniert.

The garden part is really nice.

We experienced serious health issues in two different chalets, including breathing difficulties, eye irritation, headaches, and asthma symptoms. Although the staff tried to help, the problem persisted. We later found visible black mold inside the air conditioner, despite being told it had been cleaned. The manager was not empathetic and implied that we were exaggerating or not telling the truth and said that our health issues were our problem. Even after we were asked to provide photos and we showed the visible black mold inside the air conditioner, she still refused to acknowledge the problem. We would definitely not recommend the chalet-type accommodation to anyone who is sensitive to mold or has asthma or other respiratory conditions.
