Very good

Lovely appartment on one of the lidos, south of Venezia city. The apartment was very nice, comfy enough to stay with our family of four, with a nice kitchen, air-conditioning, lovely garden and private parking! The free of charge bikes were great to explore the island and the travel to Venezia city, Murano and Burano was also very easy.

The only thing that was really annoying was that there are SO many mosquitos in this area. During the day as well as the nights... Its not somehting the owner can do anything about ofcourse! But it made it almost impossible to enjoy the lovely garden unfortunately. They also seem to find their way into the apartment, even though there are mosquito nets in front of each window. We ended up sleeping underneath a mosquito bed net as well, so we would definitely recommend bringing one!

It’s an apartment close to the sea, with a bedroom and a living room where two people can sleep on a couch. The host is very nice! Supermarkets are close bye. The beach close bye is nice, and especially the sunshine bar is a great spot to be.

Unfortunately we were victims of mosquitoes so make sure, that all doors are quickly closed before you turn the light on.

We really enjoyed our stay at this little paradise and Tania make sure we would not miss a thing.

The host was very helpful and made us feel really comfortable and was very helpful on all questions and problems we had. The appartment itself is located very nicely, so that it looks like you are completely alone. We had breakfast every morning in the garden, which was really nice. You also have a private parking space at the appartment. The bikes that are available at the accomodation are coming in very handy and make it very helpful to get to the beach. Also, do one (or more) bike tours around the towns in Cavallino-Treporti. Absolutely recommended.

Not much that was not that good. The appartment itself is a little dark (but if you have good weather, who wants to stay inside ;) ) and the bathroom can be tight at some points.

Nice, green and calm

The surrounding area is authentic, calm and green. The spot is within 3.5km from the water bus to Venice and 2km from the beach, so they could easily be reached by a car. Tania has put the effort to prepare a tiny book with the best guidelines of the surroundings we have seen. There are 4 bikes at your disposal, 2 of which equipped with a child seat for kids up to 22kg and Cavalino Treporti offers perfect conditions for cycling tours. A beach umbrella is also made available by the host, which was unexpected but quite useful as we were not carrying such on our flight. Cleanliness is high, parking is easy and under a sunshade. All windows are having a mosquito net, and believe me, you really need them as the area has tons of silent mosquitoes. Sleep quality in the bedroom is good, the refrigerator is huge and there is even a microwave oven.

The yellow house is located in the yard of a building materials warehouse, and there was no way to understand this from Google. The greatest mismatch with our expectations was the yard as this is one of our primary concerns to secure that kids have a playground. There are 3 different photoes which intentionally make the impression of a larger yard (bicycles, stone sink and garden table with chairs), but they are taken from 3 different locations. In reality the yard is 6m*7m, surrounded by 3m high walls of hedge and it could hardly be used for anything but morning coffee. The workers arrive with some small trucks and open the warehouse at about 06:45, which could be an issue if someone on the sofabed expects having a longer morning sleep. In front of the bedroom window, the road is 2m away, from the window and cars are easily heard when passing by in the night. An AC is present but it is an inner and outer unit in one, so extremely noisy (58db compared to average 36db for average indoor unit). One day we gave it a try and left it for a whole day at 21 degrees while we were out and there was a minor difference from ambient. We did not use it anymore. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even for the kids as they could feel the grille under the math, so I could hardly imagine how an adult could tolerate this.

Obiekt nowy, dobrze wyposażony. Na miejscu rowery idealne do poruszania sie po okolicy. Zapominasz o samochodzie, który zostawiasz na zadaszonym parkingu przy domku. Klimatyczny ogródek, w którym zjesz śniadanie a wieczorem posiedzisz z lampką wina. Super właściciele - sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Genialna baza wypadowa do eksploracji Wenecji i okolicy.

Ein kleines aber feines Feriemhausund sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es war alles da was man für den Urlaub braucht. Eine sehr ruhige Lage und ein abschliesbarer Parplatz mit Überdachung. Sehr nette Vermieter!!! Danke Tanja und Nello Die Hamburger
