The property was beautiful, with fantastic location and exceptional views. The rooms were all a decent size and everything was spotless. Miro the owner was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us, we didn’t take a car and he took us shopping a couple of times. He recommended a brilliant day trip on a gorgeous boat, he booked gorgeous restaurants for us to eat in and he even arranged a bottle of Prosecco and beautiful roses on our wedding anniversary. He did so much that made our holiday amazing! He has to be the kindest host we have come across.
We went with our three children two of which are adults and they came along with their partners and one had a friend join us in the second week.
Yes there are steps down to the beach, but you wouldn’t have the amazing view if you didn’t have the steps! If you didn’t want to walk down you could always get a readily available uber! Would we return to Villa Laura- YES in a heartbeat!

The host Miro was very responsive when I asked questions and gave useful information about surrounding areas and where to eat etc.
Though the property is not extremely large, It has absolutely everything that was required. All five bedrooms were very comfortable, well decorated and most importantly spotless clean.
Pool area is lovely and very well equipped, plenty of towels are provided for both pool and beach. This property is all about the stunning views, would highly recommend and will hopefully be back.
Approx 10-15 minute drive / taxi to Dubrovnik Oldtown, Cavtat, so well positioned.
Unfortunately, to get the stunning views, the property is located up quite a narrow hill. Manoeuvring to park the car in the garage is not for the faint hearted, but once figured out was fine.
They were also missing one or two mirrors, but I would imagine Miro will get that sorted asap.

It is a lovely property in a stunning location. There are so many additional extras like beach towels and a large barbecue area. Miro was so attentive and helpful. He gave great suggestions and went above and beyond. He even had a special hand made birthday cake made for one of our party. We loved Cavtat, and again a restaurant he suggested was perfect (Dalmatino). Dubrovnik is the most beautiful town we have seen in Europe
