Das Anwesen liegt hervorragend und ruhig in einer schön abgelegenen Gegend von Polleça. Die Villa ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und die Anlage wird offensichtlich regelmäßig sehr gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. In der Küche und in den Badezimmern ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht und einen Urlaub - auch für längere Zeit sehr angenehm macht. Alle Ausstattungsgegenstände sind in gutem Zustand und auch in der Küche sind die Einzelteile hervorragend gereinigt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Leider war der Pool schon etwas zu kühl, um ihn nutzen zu können. Eine Solarbetriebene Heizung wäre das i-Tüpfelchen um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Das ist aber "jammern auf höchstem Niveau". Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir hervorragend informiert und auch bei 2 Rückfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes mussten wir nur wenige Minuten warten und schon bekamen wir eine Antwort. Ein wirklich perfekter Service rundum. Was wir hervorheben wollen ist, dass wir ein Begrüßungspaket inkludiert hatten, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen liess. Es war alles vorhanden, um in den ersten Stunden und Tagen perfekt versorgt zu sein.

The property exceeded all expectations. It was safe and so clean and stocked very well for a holiday rental. The location was superb, tucked away in peace but still within walking distance to the old town and a few min drive from the port of Pollenca. Travelling with 2 young children one with additional needs means we are very concious about safety and this property ticked all our boxes. The pool was amazing along with the tennis court we only really needed to leave to do our shopping. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious should you wish to cook and the gas bbq was excellent, we used it daily. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful and hot. We will be back next year and hopefully many more years after! Thank you.
