The property location is not detectable on uber platform as the property name has confusion with three similar names and uber dropped me totally wrong location at 15km away from actual location. Further, being an international, I would love if hotel staff could communicate English as the hotel staff doesn’t speak a single word of English.

Cleanliness, Properly managed, Efficient Staff

Our recent stay at قست العصر للشقق المخدومة offered a spacious suite that comfortably accommodated our group. The 2-bedroom suite was a definite highlight, providing ample space for everyone. Despite the spaciousness of the suite, the service aspects of our stay at قست العصر للشقق المخدومة left something to be desired. While the accommodation itself was good, the issues with check-in, payment processing, communication, and limited amenities were notable points for improvement.

However, the check-in process had a few notable drawbacks. While we appreciated being able to check in early, we were unexpectedly charged an additional 50 SAR despite being told the rooms were already vacant. Furthermore, the receptionist seemed unfamiliar with processing payments from international credit cards without PIN codes, which led to considerable confusion. The language barrier also presented a challenge in communication. Ultimately, we had to deposit USD before receiving our room keys, which was an unusual and inconvenient procedure. The amenities in the suite were generally acceptable. However, we were surprised to find only one towel provided for a group of over four occupants. When we requested additional towels, we were only provided with two more, which was still insufficient for our needs.
