Haus Starlet

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen in Oberstdorf. Ein großer Balkon mit fast ganztägiger Sonne und Blick auf die Berge - perfekt.

Nicht gefallen ist falsch ausgedrückt. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Wohnung den Charme der 80er Jahre hat. Wenn man sich darauf einlässt, ist sie perfekt! Gute Betten, alles vorhanden, selbst WLAN. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Gerne wieder 🙂

Property was consistent with pictures and description except the twin room was smaller than expected.

Communication with the agency was cumbersome. In the week before arrival multiple email were sent and none contained the information the property stated as essential on arrival day. At 2:39 pm with a scheduled arrival at 16:45, the property stated if I did not answer them immediately they could not meet me and give me the keys. I of course answered immediately but they continued to ask the same questions by what’s app and never checked their emails creating a very stressful arrival. Keep in mind all their emails are in German ONLY. Also keep in mind I did answer all emails within 1h so my assumption is there are multiple people in the officer and they do not talk to each other.

Great location with fantastic bakery 5 mins walk away. Buses into valley are free with Allgäu tourist card/app

All emails and directions in German. Key pickup was in a different town 20 mins from the property. Had to pay a tourist tax that was greater than expected - 90 euro - and in cash. Kitchen was tiny and poorly equipped. Beds were a little unconfined kids didn’t like the soft pillows. 🤷‍♂️

Die Lage war sehr gut

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, es könnte mal renoviert werden. Es war sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden.
