War sehr sauber, die Grösse war wirklich toll. Badezimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und die Beleuchtung war Sensationell.
Leider hat es die falschen Kaffekapseln in der Küchenzeile gehabt, weswegen ich um 6 am zur Rezeption musste um mir die richtigen Tabs besorgen zu lassen. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt dass ich selbstverständlich die richtigen bekomme. Ein Nachtportie der gerufen wurde und die Anweisung erhielt mir die Kapseln zu holen, tat dies aber nur sehr wiederwillig. Er murrte mir auf Englisch zu wo ich diese finde. Ich holte sie dann selber weit weg von der Rezeption, was für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas sonderbar ist.

We can say that we open the 2021 seson.
Our stay was intresting,everybody indulge us.
We were impresed because such a huge hotel opened even for a small amount of turists,and all the hotel representatives did everething to feel us wonderful.
