Very central, direct entrance to the beach; indeed all inclusive food - several point available during the whole day. Bus stop at the front. The employees are great, super nice people. Close to airport. Pool is great and towel service as well. Bedrooms are good.
The facility is nowhere near a 5 star deluxe resort. It is more like a 3 star hotel that has all included food.
The cocktails are pre made bottle ones. There is always a line to eat. Not enough entertainment as well for a resort. Food is everyday the same. You get bored very fast in case it is not sunny to be at the pool - nothing else to do.

Fantastic staff very helpful and always willing to give extra help. Food excellent and the free mini bar a nice touch. Plenty of sun beds and great themed restaurants on site, by far the best I have eaten in on my holidays over recent years. 10 put of 10
The only slight down side is the lifts are limited and tend to go up and down on their own .

The property is very impressive, as are the gardens and my son loved the pool.
I was also impressed that the pools etc and food were included from the moment we arrived - well before check in.
I think the hotel is having a few issues though. On our first night, the safe needed resetting which took a half an hour wait followed by a chase up to reset. While waiting we put the tv on and many channels weren’t tuned in properly; we hoped that the person attending the safe could resolved this but’ they were just there for the safe’ so we had to ring reception again. Half an hour later we chased reception who said they might come and check that day but it may be the next day; we went out and the tuning issue never got resolved. We had dinner following queuing to get in to the restaurant then queuing to select the food. I also twice tried to select other restaurants during the day but our check in wasn’t recorded on the system- a regular occurrence apparently. We went back to our room and there were no electrics; again we waited in for someone to resolve the matter and by this time I was very unhappy with the hotel. We went again to see if we could get into another restaurant but were told they were all full for the time we were staying at the hotel as they were very bus - can’t imagine what it must be like in peak season. I was sitting in reception considering whether to ask for a refund on the hotel but my son didn’t want to move so we lowered our expectations and had a reasonable stay. We did get into one restaurant eventually, on our last night, but the meal didn’t start until 8.30 - too late for my son - so we left early.
There are also a few other issues such as loose handles and screws but we just let those ride so we could make the most of our stay.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable.
It felt more 4-star than a 5-star resort. The food was very repetitive and several things you’d expect at a 5-star resort was lacking.
