the room was clean, and quite ok, the host was very polite and helpful (although it seemed strange that we could not enter in the hotel, even to the reception, before check-in time). breakfast was served in a very good pasticceria across the street, was very good
the area where the hotel is situated is not nice at all, overall seems quite an old-fashioned hotel
