Luxury 11 Bedroom 10.5 Bath Vacation Home with unparalleled amenities. The Sea Palace is a landmark on the Isle of Palms. Private Pool and Hot Tub, Elevator, Putting Green, Spacious Porches with Ocean Views and an amazing roof top deck. Location convenient to the IOP Marina and easy beach access.
Well appointed home with spacious bedrooms and upgraded baths. Gourmet Kitchen is well stocked and features Sub Zero Refrigerator and a large wrap around bar perfect for entertaining. Dining area is quite spacious with seating for 26. Pantry with additional Refrigerator and Sink adjoining the laundry room.
Incredible Cabana Room located off the pool deck with 2 large sofas, Large Screen TV, Billiard Table and a private bath. Plenty of chaise lounges on the pool deck along with a new gas grill and outdoor refrigerator for those afternoon BBQ's.
Ground level amenities include a large putting green "sure to be the families favorite memory" and a ping pong table located in the garage. This amazing property Sleeps 26 and is only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

This house could easily be 5 stars with some TLC.Pros: House was large, plenty of room for our multigenerational vacation. Plenty of bathrooms, close to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were a great amenity. The starter supplies were helpful before we shopped, and the kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of fun spaces such as the pool table and putting green. Owners were very communicative and the check in and out instructions were clear. Three fridges was also a bonus and an icemaker. Patio furniture was terrific and sturdy and I'd love to find it and buy it myself! Linens were clean. Plenty of televisions, and the tables were large enough for everyone to play games together and share meals. Cons: A lot of the house was worn. Soft spots on the balconies when walking, tiles missing from the pool, and screws sticking out of the deck. Cleaning crew did a surface clean, but the house could use a deep clean. The dining table left the dishes black when we wiped it down on arrival. Couches need replacing, the upstairs sectional doesn't attach and only one seat reclines. Downstairs couches are cozy but worn, with fabric covering the wear. Overall, we gave it 4 stars for the location, size, and quality owners. With a little elbow grease and a few updated items, this is a magnificent house that needs a facelift to be a real standout!

House was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and had enough different types of entertainment that my busy family always had something to do. We loved the location close to the beach and found the house to be comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Exterior of house needs a lot of work. Landscaping needs work. Interior needs to thoroughly be cleaned. Throw rugs need to be thrown away. They’re dirty. Elevator needs a vent and it’s filthy roaches in the kitchen. Kitchen is very well stocked, which is a plus. Faucet and kitchen had a terrible leak, crossing the owner access money no stopper in the jetted tub. Hot water is a problem very random. No one seems to understand but the issues are because we did call and someone came out. I do not think that’s the first time they had a complaint on that. Poole has tiles missing. There are some screws on the deck that could cut feet. In its day this house was lovely. It is a shame it is not getting Any tender, loving care.
