This condo is perfect for couples or small families! It was very clean and nicely furnished! The balcony was private with a perfect view of the gulf. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

We loved the view, and the room was spotless and well-designed!!! The beds were super comfortable!!!

My family of five enjoyed our stay here so much! The “big” kids (8 & 6) loved the bunk beds and there was just enough room to set up the provided pack n play for our two year old in the bedroom. Some appliances are new as well as the beach chairs and everything in the condo has been well-maintained and set up for you to be able to enjoy your stay. The view is AMAZING and you can’t get prettier water and sand than Destin! The property owner is very responsive and the condo was ready on time and clean. The big pool of The Pelican on the ocean side is under construction (April 2021) and of the four elevators there were only ever two working. I do wish there wasn’t the rule of having to have your own beach chairs stay behind the ones set up each morning to rent as it would have been convenient to sit on the waters edge with kids. Even so, it really is a perfect beach! I would not hesitate to rent from this host in the future and highly recommend this property.
