A short walk to the beach, featuring a private fiberglass pool, with an above-ground Hot tub. This home has an eastern exposure, so in the evening, you will have relaxing shade in the backyard. * Snowbird Contact Bill @ 575-799-6074* No pets or parties allowed.

Updated throughout to reflect the beach atmosphere the decor will get you into vacation mode. Feathering a new kitchen with Quartzite counters, a farm sink, and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled walk-in showers with granite counters. The fiberglass pool (no scraping skin) is equipped with a new salt generator (No burning eyes) and a new sand filter with a new extra-large pool heater.
Every bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. The master suite has a king Tempurpedic mattress, and Bedroom 2 has a king Sealy mattress.
Six palms, within walking distance to the white sugar beach, (About 400 yards 10-minute walk) of the Emerald Coast. Walk along the beach to watch the Sunrise or Sunset. Complimentary beach service ( is included during peak season) for your convenience, on our private beach just steps away. You can also rent paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, or para-sail.
After a day at the beach enjoy the open floorplan living area while watching the 65" flat screen HDTV with a DVD player, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Netflix, or sit in very comfortable patio furniture and enjoy, the pool, fire table, or relax in the hot tub. Bill was excellent and his home is immaculate. I thought it was strange at first that he wanted to come by and show us around the home when we first checked in, but that personal touch went with the rest of the beautiful home. It’s clean, the pool is awesome and he even showed us the gate for the private beach access as to eliminate any confusion. I would give it more stars if that was an option. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable time. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Loved having the chairs and umbrella available on the private beach each day. Pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. Property owner definitely shows pride in the property and made sure we had all the information we needed to have an exceptional time and came twice during our stay to clean the pool.Thank you, Bill for making sure everyone has a memorable time, when they stay in your properties.The Kyle’s

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Bill was very attentive and quick to respond. Very clean house and property with all essentials! The pool was perfect, our 3 year old would have lived in it if we let her the hot tub was great also! We would definitely stay here again!
