Our place was cute and close to events, restaurants

It is a duplex, so we stayed in half of it. There were 2 couples. Both beds were comfy, plenty of towels, tissues and paper towels. Kuerig coffee pot. No dining table to sit at but very large counter with 4 stools. Bathroom is roomy. Great outdoor area with a table and chairs. It wasn’t as easy to get to the beach access but the wagon, chairs and cooler were awesome!

This adorable property is located on a quiet street, which seems to be a mix of owner-occupied and rental properties. It was lovely to be able to step out of the hustle and bustle of Estero Blvd onto this quiet, peaceful street. We walked a lot of places and appreciated the friendly vibe full of neighborly greetings. It was an easy walk to two public beach access points (Mango and Delmar). From the Delmar access, you're quite near the chair rental and watersports available at the Diamondhead, as well as their outdoor bar/restaurant. The house itself was equipped with a nice stack of beach towels, a few beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which made for nice beach-going options if chair rental is not your vibe. The interior space was comfortably appointed, very clean, and freshly decorated. It is a nicely laid out space. The two bedrooms are spacious, with closet access and plenty of room for luggage. Having a couple chairs to ourselves out front and a shared patio space in back with grill, chairs, and tables made for easy outdoor dinners. The Tuckaway Cafe and Heavenly Biscuits were very easy walkable breakfast options. Overall, there are multiple dining options within a short walk and there is a near-by tram/trollee stop. This rental is one half of a two unit home. I could see renting both units if traveling with two families. Each unit is fully self-contained and the only shared space is the back patio/grill area. A great stay!
