About this apartment rental
Oversized 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment located 1 block west of the beach. Perfect home base for remote workers or guests relocating to South Florida. Connect your devices to the fastest internet - speeds up to 1300mbps. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 BBQ grills. The bedroom includes a queen size Casper memory foam mattress wrapped in high end linens. Full bathroom includes shower/tub combination and plush bath towels. Restaurants, shops, grocery, boat marina all within walking distance!
Paradise Shores #2 is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (approx. 600 sq ft) located on the ground floor of our boutique 8 unit vacation rental complex. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes full size electronic appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, etc). The bedroom includes a comfortable, queen size, Casper memory foam mattress wrapped in high end, breathable linens and pillows. Leather furniture adorns the family room. Access all streaming services on the 55" smart Samsung TV. When it's time to work, there's multiple places to setup a laptop and connect to the high speed wireless Internet, including the living room desk and dining room table. When it's time for laundry, a full size stackable washer and dryer can be found a few steps outside your front door. All utilities are included (Xfinity high speed wireless Internet and cable tv, electric, water, trash, etc.).
Our 8 unit boutique vacation rental building is located 1 block to the warm Atlantic Ocean where you'll find beautiful white sand covering a deserted beach. Your apartment includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach cooler.
Paradise Shores is within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, a boat marina, grocery stores, a variety of water sports activities, restaurants and shops. If you live an active lifestyle, you don't need a car. Grab a taxi, Uber or Lyft from the airport and use Ride Circuit to get around Pompano Beach.
Ride Circuit is a free local electric shuttle that runs north and south along A1A from Hillsboro Inlet to the Ritz Carlton and includes all the restaurants, shops and grocery stores along Atlantic Blvd. Simply download the app to your phone and request a free ride.
If you have a car, there's one dedicated free parking space located in front of the building, a few steps away from your front door.

Paradise Shores is everything Jeannette markets and the video accurately portray this lovely beachside property. I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. The beach is one block from the property. The pier and restaurants are a short walk. Jeanette is a great host. She is very responsive. There are only 2 drawbacks...if private outside space is important, the one bedroom does not have this. There is no pool. Neither of these issues would deter me from staying again.

The place was well equipped with everything needed for an ocean vacation. Chairs, umbrella and only a 3 min walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped for preparing meals. DW and microwave oven , I was happy.

We loved our stay at Paradise Shores. Walk to beach & many restaurants. We made some new friends & will return again someday. The host Jeanette was extremely responsive to our needs.
