Restaurants, fishing pier, golf just a few minutes walk. Race track, Las Vegas Style Casino 3 miles.
Very safe and a great neighborhood.

The location and house are exactly as listed and pictured. The house is ready for some updates, but it is comfortable, safe, quiet, very close to the beach.

The property location is great! The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate, prepared for us the beach umbrella and chairs before we arrived.
