Small, fully renovated house with a seaside theme, ocean views from all
rooms, facing a small beach with sand and rocks.
Fully equipped kitchen with a central island and induction cooktops
so you can cook while looking out at the ocean!
The living room can be divided into two sections thanks to a system of three sliding doors; when closed, they create a bedroom area, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other section retains the TV area and wood-burning stove.
Upstairs, there’s a beautiful wood-paneled bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, adjoining a bathroom and offering access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a superb view of the entire Pointe. Deck chairs and armchairs are provided so you can enjoy the setting...
The GR34 trail passes right by the house, serving as the starting point for hikes toward the port of Lesconil or, in the other direction, toward Kérity, the Eckmuhl lighthouse, Saint Guénolé, and the Pointe de La Torche...

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in Top-Lage! Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und ausgestattet worden. Wir haben uns unendlich wohl gefühlt. Wo kann man schon vom Bett aus das Meer sehen? Und die Bretagne und ihre Natur und ihre Menschen sind einfach toll!
