About this house rental
A charming little house located between the Léchiagat headland and the fishing port of Guilvinec-Treffiagat—France’s leading artisanal fishing port—and the large beach at Leuhan.
The house faces a small beach with sand and rocks and offers a superb view of the Étocs—a group of rocks off the coast of Penmarc’h—and the open sea.
It offers the perfect location and comfort for a wonderful seaside vacation.
Two large picture windows let you cook while enjoying the ocean view; set back from the kitchen is the living room with a wood-burning stove; and upstairs is a beautiful, wood-paneled bedroom with an ocean view, decorated in a nautical style, as is the adjoining bathroom. Access to the terrace is through the bedroom, allowing you to enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean from the first floor.
Two lounge chairs await you for a relaxing break by the sea...
The bakery is 400 meters away, as is a newsstand; the “Les Brisants” bar, with its nautical ambiance, is 200 meters away; the Treffiagat night market and the two weekly markets in Guilvinec are all within walking distance.
There are numerous hiking trails starting right from the house, including the Leuhan marshes, where you can admire all kinds of birds, as well as the port of Lesconil via the back of the dune or the port of Guilvinec along the fishing and marina areas.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was really very nice, quiet and the views from the terrace are amazing! You cannot be closer to the dunes and the sea!As for the property itself: it is very nicely furnished, cozy and with lovely details, however it has seen "better" days in some areas. Nothing some small renovations could not mend though (e.g. towel/toilet paper holders, broken parasol/umbrella) and the water pressure is only ok. If you need to work: the WiFi is not fast! Make sure you have a good mobile plan ;)We would come back :)

Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist nur durch eine kleine, wenig befahrene Straße vom Strand entfernt. Für zwei Personen ideal. Leichte Abstriche bei der Küche, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schön wären auch mehr als zwei Handtücher pro Person für eine Woche gewesen.

Toller Blick von der Küche aus, sensationell von der Dachterrasse! Eigentlich alles da im Haus was wir brauchten, Ausstattung könnte jedoch mal wieder erneuert oder etwas instandgesetzt werden;) Kommunikation und Begrüßung sehr gut und herzlich. Lage zu Hafen und Fischhändlern perfekt.
