A historic house renovated into a family-friendly vacation rental on the gentle hills of the town of Chapareillan, located in the Chartreuse Natural Park. Views of Mont Blanc, Belledonnes, and Les Bauges. 20 minutes from the Granier, Les Sept Laux, and La Féclaz ski resorts; 35 minutes from Le Collet d’Allevard; 40 minutes from Courchevel 1 hour 15 minutes

The house features a double living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, 3 bedrooms—including 1 on the first floor with twin beds (160x200), 2 bedrooms upstairs with twin beds (160x200) and a sofa bed (90x190), a relaxation area, and a mezzanine (120x190 sofa bed and 2 mattresses on the floor), sleeping 6 to 10 people; 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has a freestanding bathtub and a separate toilet.
