Great- we found that the house was a perfect base for exploring.

The house is very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The outdoor patio and lawn are lovely. The location was very good for exploring the history of the local area. We visited Lille, Bruges and Ypres - all within an hour. Karin was very prompt replying to messages.

Nothing that we didn’t like. The main bed’s mattress was quite firm and the staircase is very steep, which are things to consider.

Perfect.

The perfect family base for our stay in Belgium. The garden was big enough for a toddler to be occupied for hours each day, the downstairs living space was open plan meaning we could cook, chat and eat as a family. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean (with a very large and relaxing bath)

Can't fault anything - this was the perfect house for our family.

Charming house

The house is elegantly decorated and it’s a small paradise for young children. The landowner is as charming as the house.

Stiff stairway, noisy road nearby and weak airflow in toilets/shower (no possibility to open any window).

Maison tout confort. C’est parfait pour un séjour en famille.

Maison toute équipée : cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et l’électroménager, cheminée au gaz dans le salon très chaleureux, salle à manger spacieuse avec baie vitrée. Notre hôte a été à notre écoute et nous a même fourni un matelas pour une 7e personne. Accepte les chiens.

L’escalier pour accéder à l’étage est un peu raide et les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Bon accueil de la dame. Maison propre, confortable et bien équipée ! Belles chambres avec rangements. Tout est pensé pour les enfants, c'est chouette! A l'étage, barrière de sécurité. Une maison où l'on s'y sent bien.

Route devant la maison, quand il y a de gros camions qui passent la nuit, l'étage dont les lits tremblent un peu.

Très grand trafic sur la route ce qui est un peu dérangeant la nuit mais maison très bien fermée si animaux et enfants, ils ne pourront pas aller sur la route car il y a une grille qui peut se fermer.

Wij hebben reeds terug geboekt voor de kerstperiode :)

Ruim mooi huis. Heel goed gelegen om steden zoals Ieper, Lille,... te bezoeken. In de nabijheid ook veel natuur om mooi te wandelen met de hond. Vriendelijk host die ook uitleg geeft wat er in de buurt te bezoeken valt.

Je recommande cette magnifique maison

La maison est très bien décorée, la table du salon est spacieuse, il y a trois bureaux : un dans chaque petite chambre et l'autre dans le salon, parfait pour pouvoir télétravailler. Le Wi-Fi est bon, le jardin est très bien entretenu, il y a une table de pique-nique, deux transats et un joli banc blanc sous un abri pour les fumeurs. Il y a aussi un cabanon spacieux au fond du jardin pour que les enfants puissent jouer tranquillement les jours de pluie. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Les escaliers sont un peu raides pour les personnes âgées.
