The location is fantastic, very near the crosswalk to the beach. There’s a beautiful pond behind the unit where you will see turtles, ducks and birds.
The upholstered furniture is a bit worn, but given the amount of use, it’s fine. The ice dispenser didn’t work, but the ice maker worked fine. The lanai screens need a little patching. These are not dealbreakers by any means. Just a bit of wear. It would have been nice to have a few food staples, like salt and pepper, there.
