About this house rental
A perfect cozy home with a unique architectural structure, minutes from Albany beach and the Waterfront, and the University of Berkeley. Surround yourselves with nature, while being moments away from a variety of global restaurants, trendy coffee shops, and performing arts in Downtown Berkeley!
The space
The condo has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 stylish bathroom, a spacious living room, and a recently renovated kitchen, and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Both bedrooms are spacious and minimal. The first bedroom is equipped with a King bed, and the second bedroom has a Full size bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage, and are equipped with a nightstand and lamps. The big windows in the bedrooms offer lovely views and natural light.
The renovated ample kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you will need to prepare your meals.
The living room is bright and equipped with a comfortable couch, a lounge chair, a dedicated workspace area, a TV, and a dining room right by the window with a relaxing view of Albany Hill.
Enjoy the indoors fireplace in the living room, and in-floor heating!
The utilities room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and offers plenty of space for storage. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the warm living room, sitting on the comfortable couch by the fireplace, or on the beautiful balcony, which offers great views of Albany Hill. As the property is integrated into the hillside, you will have lovely views on three sides!
Lots of natural light is present in all the rooms.
