The inside of the apartment was very clean and smelled good, it had all the amenities one would need to cook, clean and shower, etc
The outside of the property is not very appealing, at first wasn’t sure if it would be a safe neighbourhood and walking into the building and taking the elevator seemed sketchy not modern at all very old, however the actual apartment inside was very nice and modern.

It was a good and safe neighborhood with a nice playground nearby and great restaurants on Solano street, and a 15-20 minute drive to LBNL. I liked that there was free gated underground parking. The host was very kind and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed- coffee, some spices, a dishwasher, electric water kettle, conditioner, body wash, extra bedding. It was very comfortable - thanks again!
The apartment is in a very safe zone - but maybe 4 blocks away we saw a street or two with tents with homeless people.
