    It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel or at least the cost of the room says so. It was not up to the 4 star standards: 1) there was a hair in the bathroom (I have pics) and it was not mine 2) the shower bottle from the previous guest was open and in the shower 3) the room was dirty and there was a strange liquid in the drawers in the closet : the laundry bag was wet and stuck to the bottom to the drawer 4) breakfast was nothing special: I asked for a cappuccino and it was awful: vending machines can do better 5) the staff was not very nice , boarding on rude: except the night porter , he was nice
