A home away from home- perfect!

The location was perfect and within an easy walk to all the main areas of town. The property was immaculately clean and tidy, the facilities were perfect.. we cooked our meals there everyday. The air conditioning was very welcome on the hot days. There was a lovely breeze through the apartment at night and although one of us was bitten a few times by mosquitoes, we were able to easily close over the lovely curtains at the windows which helped. The host was really welcoming and friendly (my apologies but I couldn’t remember your name) the property felt safe and secure. We both said we could easily live there full time

It was much better than expected. Very nicely, comfortably furnished, very quiet apartment with a large balcony. Large, comfortable beds. Everything shines with purity. Parking is available inside the garden, small supermarket 5 minutes walk, Rovny center 15 minutes walk. Denis, the owner, lives in the house, a kind, helpful gentleman. We can only recommend

A pleasurable stay in area we had not visited before.

The apartment which was on the ground floor .was very clean and spacious. The old town is about a !5 min walk down hill.

The seating in the house could have been a bit more comfortable.

Very pleasant stay.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It is a relatively short walk to Rovinj’s centre, seafront and Old Town. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby, one of which is very good. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful.

All was amazing, nice big, clean and fully equiped apartment Great location, 10 min walk to center but in quite and pleasant location. Very nice host Denis. Parking space and bicycles available. If going back to Rovinj, will stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The owner Denis is a very nice person and very helpful The house and garden are very beautiful! there’s also a parking available which’s very useful! The area where the house is located is nice and pretty closed to the center. Very convenient.

Everything. The environment, the air conditioner, the appliances, and Denis, the host, was one of the best if not the best host I have met. We were surprised by available bikes to use, we were planning to rent some. All good. Highly recommended.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die elke dag voor je klaarstaat Afstand naar het centrum 10 min. lopen en gelegen aan rustige straat En auto eigen parkeerplaats op het terrein achter het hek.

1 ding iets minder dat er alleen in woongedeelte een airco was en niet in de slaapkamer

Wszystko było na poziomie. Lokalizacja - blisko do starego miasta, nieco dalej do plaży, gdyż korzystaliśmy z plaż położonych w parku. Korzystaliśmy z auta (parking spory i bezpłatny). Apartament niesamowicie czysty, widać dbałość o szczególy. Informacje o apartamencie zgodne w każdym aspekcie.

Nagyon hasznos hogy jár bicikli a szállás mellé, ezzel minden könnyen elérhető. Nyugodt, kertvárosi részen fekszik, mégis közel van minden. Patyolat tisztaság, a tulaj rugalmas, nagyon kedves, mindig azonnal elérhető. Meseszép az udvar, ingyenes parkolóhely - kedvencünk lett.

Consigliatissimo per 2 o 4 persone!

Appartamento spaziosissimo, luminoso, nuovo, pulitissimo e ordinato. La posizione è strategica sia per l'accesso alle spiagge (facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta) che per il centro storico di Rovigno (10 minuti a piedi). Il proprietario Denis è una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente! Consigliatissimo!

Wir würden gerne wiederkowiederkommen

Freundliches Wilkommen, die Vermieter waren immer offen für Fragen, ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist die Altstadt schnell zu erreichen. Die vorhandenen Mountainbikes waren gut. Als Willkommensgruß waren Getränke im Kühlschrank.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat bei unseren Wünschen sofort reagiert. Die Lage war Super, sehr ruhig und nach einem 10 Minuten Spaziergang war man im Zentrum.
