Hotel Eliseo Napoli

The location of the hotel was perfect for the train station. The staff were lovely and very helpful, including being very patient about our late arrival. The hotel was great value for money.

Could do with just a little updating, but for the price the room was as expected.

The gentlemen at reception were fantastic: charming, helpful and engaged. The accommodation was basic but clean. For the price, good value, and close to the station.

The bathroom smelt of sewer (not uncommon in Naples though)! I wonder if their waste traps (U-Bends) are sufficient?

it was near the Napoli train terminal, within 5 minutes of walking. Staff was friendly. room was clean. the room assigned to me is an inside room, which has a window connecting to another non guest room, opposite to the door, see pictures. the wall mounted air conditioning was working with remote! this was the only one that has a working air conditioning that supply cool air of the 17 hotels that I have stayed during a one month long trip in Italy this year. Rooms on the 2nd floor however has no lift. Booking.com didn't do its job to specify this. I only had light bags so no problem.

The room had a few issues, the bed quilt had stains on it as did the base of the bed, the shower head was caked up with scale so when you turned on the shower the water came out like a hose, the furniture looked old and tired and had cigarette burns on it, other than that the room was clean and turned down every day, the staff were polite apart for a few things the hotel was ok
