Welcome to our charming one-room cottage, nestled in the heart of Taupō just off Spa Road!
Perfect for 1-2 guests, with an option for a third guest on a roll-out bed, this studio is conveniently located across from Taupō Bungee.
** The shower has been renovated and some furniture upgrades are taking place. We'll update our photos once these enhancements are complete **

The Space:
Discover a comfy queen bed and an open-plan living/kitchenette area, with a separate bathroom/shower for convenience.
The kitchenette features a double hot plate, microwave, kettle, and toaster for your culinary needs. Relax with TV and Wi-Fi, while the powerful heat pump keeps you cozy year-round.
Ideal for couples or a small family, a foldable bed is available for a third guest, ideal for children. Outside, unwind in the spacious, fully fenced backyard with a patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an 'al-fresco' dinner.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is in between two other homes that share the same driveway. The property is within walking distance to shops, a launderette, AC Baths & the famous Taupō Bungy and Otumuheke hot pools, off Spa Road.
You can walk or drive to town to find cafés and supermarkets and Taupō’s retail centre.
Other Things to Note:
Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2!
Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.
Guest Rules:
No parties, smoking, or pets.
Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.
Amenities:
Highchair & cot available on request (cot bedding not provided).
Tea, coffee, and basic cooking essentials supplied (no breakfast items).
Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
Other Info:
$200 pre-authorisation hold applies if booking outside Airbnb.
Security camera at front door/driveway only.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number three days before your check-in date.
If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.

Everything we needed for a quick stay, conveniently close to shops and the heat pump was great for a chilly night

The unit was comfortable enough with the exception of the mattress which we feel needs to be replaced. Very limited outlets as most are in use to service the unit. Otherwise it is well outfitted for basic cooking and had a very nice shower. Location was great.
