清潔で快適。
バンタイプの大きめな車用のパーキングはありませんでした。近くに安いコインパーキングがあったので問題はありませんでしたけど。

房东非常爱干净，房间维护得很好，备品也相当齐全。离地铁站和便利店近，吃饭的选择也比较多，出行方便。

Bardzo przytulne i swojskie zakwaterowanie w spokojnej, domkowej okolicy, ale blisko głównej drogi i stacji metra, z której można dostać się do centrum Sapporo w kilkanaście minut. Przesympatyczna właścicielka i przyjacielski kot :)

①ロケーションが良い。地下鉄駅からすぐ。②おしゃれである。入口入ってからのリビング/カウンターキッチンが良い。センスの良い一軒家に民泊する感じ。③旅人用に複数のトイレ、シャワーがあり、部屋ごとに使うものが定められているので清潔感があって良い。④私が宿泊した部屋の場合、風呂場が部屋に内包されていたため、冬の北海道の旅で宿で風呂に入る事ができた。⑤キッチンも使って良いので料理もできる。⑥オーナーさんには会っておらずメッセージのやり取りのみだが、親切な対応で良かった。
①加湿器が部屋にない。冬の北海道は想像より乾燥していたが、冷暖房はセントラルヒーティング。マスクをして寝たが乾燥により喉をやられ、喉風邪を引いた。途中、起きてタオルをびしょびしょに濡らして室内物干しコーナーにぶら下げたが朝にはパリパリになるほど乾燥している。冬場に、ー２８度の北極圏で１週間滞在しても風邪を全く引かなかった私が宿泊で喉をやられたため評価の点が低くなった。②騒音がひどいレベル。常駐（？）のスタッフ（海外の方、自分の生活優先なのでこちらは放置）もしくは、長期滞在中の留学生という方の特に足音の騒音がひどかった。当日、たまたま機嫌が悪かったのか耳栓をしてもドスドスとした足音、ドタンバタンといった音などで寝つきが悪くなった。
