They are very friendly and welcoming family and property is nice and clean as in pictures.

Well everything was okay somehow google maps doesn't have this adress but the host was there to inform. Don't expect a very big city but it's good to relax and have a clean air.

Very welcoming hosts, clean and comfortable room

The room is clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and the owner was very welcoming, greeting us with his grandmothers homemade grappa and homemade cookies. The bathroom is shared but with only a couple of rooms it wasn’t a problem. It’s a small village but there are 2 restaurants within walking distance

Great stay and rest in Ročko Polje

The hosts are super nice, they welcomed us with nut liqueur and homemade muffins (delicious). The bathroom was very clean and always free, we did not even realize it was shared. The room was clean and spacious, with good temperature and a very cozy bad.

Excellent place to rest in the middle of Istria

Ww went to Luana, cause we couldn't find any other lodging fro acceptable price in the area. We were very pleasantly surprised. Very nice and large space, furnitured in ethno style. Bathroom was very nice and both adults and kids got a surprise in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable, AC was working as it should. Very satisfied.

It was very difficult to locate and requred several calls to our hosts. Google map had a wrong location and hosts should explain and send some message about it.

It’s a great place to stay! Loved it!

It’s just like in the pictures. Beautiful, stylish interior! Big wow! Really nice owners, delicious cake, lemonade for kids and grappa for us! Quite close to Istralandia (about 45 minutes). Next to the Buzet old town and Hum (magical smallest city in the world)- both really worth to see!

The hosts and the property are indeed the best. Ivan and his partner are kind, open, hard-working, and make you feel so welcome to their space. The property is amazing and have exceeded my expectations, so did the room I stayed in. Not to miss the amazing swimming pool while watching the sunset. Just incredible! Also, there is a great restaurant just down the road.

5* in each category. Unbeatable istrian hospitality ! Very friendly and helpful host. The room was very comfy and super clean. A place for a praceful vacation with very nice details in the room. The welcome cookies (home made) were just a bonus on top :)

Perfect location for climbers - 5 minutes by car from Kompanj or 15 minutes from Buzet canyon. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Location close to Kompanj climbing crag. The shared bathroom is really shared just with one other room - it's very warm and clean. Our room was spacy and very tastefully furnished, water heater was provided along with tea, coffee and homemade cookies. The owners are super friendly. Even though it is written on the booking page that the parking is not available, there is plenty of space to park your car.

Calm beautiful room with a garden

Extremely nice small room that is perfectly clean, we loved the "Istrian" antique furniture. Very clean bathroom that you share with the guests of one other room. Wonderful garden that we could use for outside cooking with a nice view over hills and a small pool. Owners smoke in the house but the smoke does not get into your room. Hosts are friendly, speak very good English and greeted us with cookies. :)
