Apartmán je v tichej ulici s možnosťou parkovania. Vybavenie kuchyne vyhovujúce k príprave jedál. Pohovka v kuchyni sa dá rozkladať na ďalšie lôžko. Celkove je to veľmi dobré ubytovanie trochu ďalej od centra.
Veľmi rušivý bol systém vypínania klimatizácie pri každom otvorení dverí na balkón. Aj keď samozrejme dá sa pochopiť, že je to z dôvodu šetrenia energie, bol by vhodný systém, ktorý vypne klimatízáciu z časovým opozdením, pokiaľ sa nezatvoria dvere.
