This unit will comfortably accommodate 6 adults in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 additional adults downstairs on a futon for a maximum group of 8. Hard to find this type accommodation just steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream/ coffee shop and convenience store. You are only one complex away from the no drive beach.


This 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom unit is beautifully decorated, newly painted and includes a dedicated wireless internet throughout for you to enjoy.


The large family room has new carpet, three new comfortable sofas, one that turns into a queen sleeper when looking for additional sleep arrangements, as well as, two new plush lounge chairs, a large flat screen television, DVD player and foosball table. With ceiling fans throughout the home, you are sure to keep everyone cool when escaping the midday sun during the warmer months!


Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and kitchen. This cleverly designed kitchen manages to pack everything you need into one space. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.


The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have wall mounted televisions and DVD players and plenty of space for you to relax and have all of the comforts of home.


You can access the deck from the second-floor hallway or the exterior stairs. From the deck you have a view of the ocean as well as plenty of chairs to spend time outside in the ocean breeze.


You'll find everything you need for your stay waiting for you here. We provide all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels, so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home. There's also a full-size washer and dryer.


Coastal Waters is an oceanfront condominium on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. This complex resides close to both the public beach access and the non-driving section. When you're not basking on the golden shore, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Please note that parking for this condo is limited. There is parking in the front and side of the condos. There is additional overflow parking across the street which can also accommodate boats and trailers.
