The living room affords plenty of seating, with a sofa and loveseat, along with 3 cushioned arm chairs situated in front of a large state of the art flat screen HDTV. Natural light pours in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to your expansive beachfront balcony, hosting tons of space for everyone to hang out and relax including a dining table with seating for 4, two captain chairs and two chaise loungers! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishware, utensils, large and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece!
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring brand new commercial stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters and all the small appliances, cookware and utensils necessary to cook like a top chef! The huge breakfast bar overlooks the living area and the floor to ceiling glass windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, offering bar seating for 5. Breath-taking views and splendid decor are sure to get you excited about this property! Even on cloudy/rainy days being able to see over the vast openness of protected beaches and the ocean is simply wonderful!
Perhaps the only suggestion would be to have a short list of instructions for the TVs since all had 3 different remotes (master bedroom TV wouldn't turn on at all) and maybe short instructions on the range/oven (since it's gas, not electric).
Everything else was absolutely wonderful and we all made comments about possibly making an annual trip here just for the views and relaxation!
