State-of-the-art, newly built and furnished ground-floor vacation apartment in Maracalagonis in southern Sardinia. The capital, Cagliari, is just a 15-minute drive away. The city is bustling with life, featuring beautiful alleyways, numerous restaurants, clubs, and great shops.
Elmas Airport is 17 km away.
The best beaches are just a 10-minute drive away. There are so many of them that you can visit a different one every day (e.g., Villasimius, Porto Giunco, Solanas, Mari Pintau, to name just a few).
In town itself, you’ll find everything you need for daily life. A bar is just 50 meters away, and a bakery is right across the street. There are several pizzerias in town. A shopping center is 1.5 km away.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. All windows have electric blinds.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. The dining table extends to comfortably seat up to 8 people.
The children’s room has sleeping accommodations for 3.
The couch in the living room also converts into a double bed.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf deutsch, super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sauberkeit: makellos.
Wir waren mit dem Auto da und konnten somit gut die traumhaften Strände in der Umgebung (Villasimius) erkunden.
Eigener Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung.
Bäcker ist gegenüber, Supermarkt 3 Min.
Fazit:
Sardinien: ein Traum Urlaub.
Die Wohnung: ein Geheimtipp!
