Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The position is perfect overlooking the promenade and beach. The apartment is very well equipped, the beds and seating areas are very comfortable. Our only gripes are that the air conditioning unit in the double bedroom is not very effective and there are no English speaking TV channels. Plus we travelled with my elderly mum and the glass doors in the shower area did not afford any privacy. None of these would stop us booking again.

The condo is right at the beach and right in town‐-what could be better! Though the kitchen is small it's very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, the place was clean. The best part was the glassed-in balcony. It was cool and breezy the first few days we were there but we could sit there in the sun and watch people on the boardwalk and the kitesurfers offshore. We would definitely rent this unit again on a future trip to Calpe.

Schnuckelige Wohnung, direkt vor dem Spielplatz am Strand. Perfekt für Kinder. Wir waren im Winter in Calpe und dafür war die Wohnung ausreichen. Durch die Sonneneinstrahlung und die Verglasung auf dem Balkon war es dort herrlich warm. Wie es im Sommer ist können wir nicht beurteilen. Klimaanlage ist nur in 1 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Hier gehen leider die Rolläden nicht ganz runter und die Türe ist verzogen, sodass das Zimmer nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer keine Rolläde

La limpieza deja un poco que desear y se a dicho que hay cucarachas .es verdad hay pero son de alcantarilla de calle de esas grandes y lo tiene todos los edificios de por hay no este piso en especial. Por lo demás no está tan mal como se dice
