The best room only property we have stayed in Goa and this area. Excellent central location, near to restaurants, shops and an easy enjoyable 10-15 min walk to the beach. The hosts Johnston, Sally and their wonderful children are amazing hosts - very welcoming, attentive and looking to go the extra mile. Very comfortable room with wet room and AC made a lovely retreat to return to after lazy days on the beach, out exploring or following delicious evening meals and drinks. Just perfect.
Reluctant to mention this but will as others have mentioned the issue of the building work to the side of the property. Wanted to let people know how little impact it had on our stay- still beautiful views of the river from our balcony and we had minimal noise.

Very clean not bad location for restaurants
Only two teabags for 4 days no milk booked it for river views building in front of balcony no river view. But anyway hotel ok
