Eigene Sauna, großer Balkon, bequemes Bett, gute Küchenausstattung, Sofa bequem, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Platz für Fahrräder. Große Dusche, Oberlicht im Bad. Wäscheständer vorhanden.
Regendusche laut, macht "elefantenartige Geräusche". Dichtung der Duschtür unten defekt, An der Wand neben der Dusche löst sich der Putz unten ab, eine Stelle muss neu gestrichen werden. Zu wenig Ablagerungsfläche im Bad. Keine Sonnenliegen auf dem riesigen Balkon. Im Schlafzimmerschrank ist der lange Mittelboden zu kurz, kracht, wenn man es leicht verschiebt, auf die Kleiderstange, welche abbricht und die ganze Kleidung runter reißt.
