Das Apartmenthaus Wittsande der Traumurlaub-fdz war perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub in Zingst! Die Lage war ideal mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums und des Strandes. Das Gebäude und die Apartments waren absolut neu und gepflegt. Der PKW konnte in der Tiefgarage des Hauses geparkt werden. Von dort können alle Wohnungen mit einem Fahrstuhl erreicht werden. Die Wohnungen sind komplett und großzügig ausgestattet und bieten viel Platz ( in unserem Fall bei der Belegung mit zwei Personen ). Die Küchenzeile enthält hochwertige Geräte und ist funktionell ausgelegt. Sowohl im Wohnzimmer, als auch im Schlafzimmer findet sich ein Smart-TV. Im Schlafraum ein großes Boxspringbett. Umlaufend außen eine große Terrasse mit ausreichend Möbeln, inclusive einer Sonnenliege und einem Sonnenschirm. Im Bad gab es eine große ebenerdige Dusche, sowie eine kleine Sauna für zwei Personen mit einem Blick nach draußen. Bei kühler Witterung hervorragend. Die Wohnung war perfekt klimatisiert. Große Fenster sorgten für ausreichend Tageslicht. Dabei boten moderne Markisen und ein UV-Rollo ausreichend Sicht- und Sonnenschutz. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und hoch zufrieden. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren für uns die späten check-in-Zeiten nach einer langen Anreise. Dafür klappte die telefonische Benachrichtigung für den Bezug des Apartments, wie auch die gesamte Abwicklung der Buchung hervorragend. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hier mieten.

Die Lage des Objektes finde ich super, weil sie außerhalb des ganzen Trubels ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist vollkommen in Ordnung.
