The manager was unbelievably helpful owing to a room mix up. It was after hours, the manager immediately came to help us and deeply apologised, to the point of offering us a much more expensive room at no cost. She was a saint as we were exhausted from travelling and she helped us with amazing compassion. Thank you so much

Close to what I was staying there for.
They had loud music Friday Night downstairs. But this is a Pub.

Clean tidy rooms more than adequate for a short stay.
Can be quite noisy but nothing more than you can expect when staying in a busy pub.

Location was excellent and the vibes within were good. The staff were very good, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The food from Erics was good quality
The room was basic, not even a chair supplied. To reach the light at night was awkward would like a bed side light
