Cet appartement correspond au descriptif ; il est en fait adapté PMR de plein pied dans une grande maison avec d'autres appartements et un agréable jardin collectif.
L'emplacement au centre du vieux village est très agréable.
Petit bémol car la wifi collective de la maison Pleynet ne passe pas dans cet appartement aux murs trop épais.
A noter le lit en 180 (double matelas) et les oreillers en 50X70.
Enfin les voutes ne sont pas adaptées aux personnes très grandes.
