Beautiful house in a very convenient location for our wine tour. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool table was also very entertaining.

We couldn’t open the living room windows to air out the house when we were cooking.

We chose this location as we had a group of us that were attending a concert at Bimbadgen Estate. The house is well laid out with all bedrooms at the front of the house & the entertaining all along the back. It backs onto the golf course so it was very private & nice views. Having a pool & pool table made for extra fun. Overall the house is very comfortable, modern & clean.

The BBQ facilities can be a lot better, the BBQ resembled more of a park bbq plate rather than a grill BBQ

location was great and the house was clean. it is stocked well in the kitchen for cooking and plates etc.

it just feels like the descriptions are stretching the truth and misleading in some instances. NOT value for money. no towels in the master bed, the hose was still in the pool and the bin area was full of empty beer bottles. then 3 remotes missing batteries. at the end of this stay I felt ripped off and the property managers just tick a box get you in take your money and get out. you can't use the garage and can't then park on the street so excess cars have to park a kilometre away. the wifi is crap and that's being kind, you can't stay and do internet work here. , the tv's are all apps only (except master bed) so the crap wifi means no TV. the air con was not great, to make the master bed cool you have to freeze the other bedrooms. there are no fans and the windows in the master are screwed shut. Then with the other bedrooms, 2 of them are adjoining with siding doors not a wall separating them, not really 2 bedrooms. the pool lights and controller wouldn't work so there goes the other big "bonus"of the property. thank god the pool table was there.
